Question 1

How are guests selected for AIX Roundtables 2026?

Accepted Answer

Attendance is invitation-led to ensure peer-level dialogue across each strategic domain. The majority of seats are curated directly by Risin Ventures and roundtable chairs from leadership across enterprise, financial institutions, and government. A limited allocation (roughly 10% of seats) is reserved for qualified senior applicants via our 'Request an invitation' process.

Question 2

Can I purchase a ticket or pass to attend?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no public ticket sales or pass tiers for AIX Roundtables 2026. The summit is strictly invitation-led to maintain a curated, closed-door room of over 110 senior decision-makers.

Question 3

Can I nominate or send a colleague in my place?

Accepted Answer

Invitations are issued to named individuals based on seniority and functional domain. If you are unable to attend, you may propose a senior colleague (C-suite or department head) for review by the curatorial team, but transfers are not automatic.

Question 4

How do the executive roundtables function?

Accepted Answer

Six roundtables run across two parallel afternoon sessions (14:30–16:00 and 16:30–18:00). Each table accommodates exactly 15 participants: a chair, up to two sponsor executives, and twelve invited peers. An AIX moderator and rapporteur facilitate each table under Chatham House principles to ensure candid, substantive exchange.

Question 5

Can I choose which roundtable I join?

Accepted Answer

Invited guests indicate their preferred roundtable upon accepting their invitation. When requesting an invitation, you can specify your primary area of focus. AIX balances table composition to ensure diverse perspectives and prevent competitor overlap.

Question 6

What are Chatham House principles and how do they apply?

Accepted Answer

Under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker, nor that of any other participant, may be revealed. Rapporteurs record high-level strategic observations without attribution for the published AIX Roundtable Signals research report.

Question 7

Is there a hackathon at AIX Summit 2026?

Accepted Answer

No. AIX Summit 2026 is a standalone, one-day executive summit focused entirely on strategic enterprise adoption, governance, risk, and deployment. There is no hackathon component.

Question 8

What are the event timings?

Accepted Answer

The summit convenes at 14:00 with arrival networking and showcase demonstrations. Roundtable Session 1 runs 14:30–16:00, followed by a networking break from 16:00–16:30, Roundtable Session 2 from 16:30–18:00, and informal networking concluding at 18:30.

Question 9

What is the AI Showcase?

Accepted Answer

The AI Showcase features vetted enterprise AI companies presenting working software solving real operational problems. It is explicitly not a pitch competition: demonstrations must prove production utility, measurable business value, and verifiable deployments.

Question 10

What are Enterprise Connections?

Accepted Answer

During networking intervals, executive guests can interact directly with Showcase stations and explore technical walkthroughs with founding teams addressing immediate enterprise deployment priorities.

Question 11

What does a Roundtable Chair partnership include?

Accepted Answer

The Roundtable Chair is the flagship summit partnership. The chairing organisation leads one of the six strategic conversations, delivers a 5–7 minute opening perspective, nominates guest participants, and co-authors the lane findings in the post-event AIX Roundtable Signals research report.

Question 12

Are sales presentations permitted at the roundtables?

Accepted Answer

No. Strict guardrails ensure roundtables remain substantive peer discussions. While chairs frame the challenge, sessions are facilitated by independent AIX moderators and cannot be used for product sales.

Question 13

Where is AIX Summit 2026 taking place?

Accepted Answer

The event takes place in Doha, Qatar on Monday, the 14th of December 2026. Specific hotel venue coordinates, arrival directions, will be distributed to confirmed invitees upon formal registration confirmation.

Question 14

Is the event open to journalists and media?

Accepted Answer
